Part demon, part human, and totally done playing nice.
Val Shapiro’s been called a lot of things—succubus, vampire slayer, supernatural trouble magnet…but “powerless” wasn’t supposed to be one of them. She figured becoming the new Keeper of the Encyclopedia Magicka would make up for losing her abilities. Spoiler: it didn’t. The ancient spellbook demands a price for every ounce of magic, and the line of people who want it is getting longer by the hour.
When her roommate and Micah, the leader of the Demon Underground are kidnapped, Val faces an impossible choice: hand over the books of ultimate power or let her friends die. Meanwhile, Micah’s leadership is being challenged, a rival succubus leader wants the encyclopedia destroyed, demons and vampires are disappearing, and everyone is depending on a now-powerless Val to set things right.
Between betrayal, blackmail, and a broody shadow demon, Val’s fresh out of sanity but full of fight. The only thing keeping her sane is her telepathic hellhound and a dangerously sexy cowboy vampire who keeps showing up right when her willpower runs out.
Because when the book of ultimate power wants to own you, the only choice left…is write your own damn story.
Make Me is the fourth book in Parker Blue’s Demon Underground series, a sharp, fast-paced urban fantasy filled with danger, wit, and a hellhound with better comebacks than most humans. Fans of K.F. Breene, Ilona Andrews, K.M. Shea, and Heather G. Harris won’t be able to put it down.

Reviews
“I am one of those really crazy HUGE fans of this series!! . . . There is so much humor in the book—especially from Fang, and so much action, as Val is a true kick @$$ heroine, and tragedy, mixed with sad and happy times. I really don’t want to give away too much. The writing is like no other! Parker Blue makes me feel like I’M IN THE BOOK living things out, instead of Val. I’m not sure just why I have grown attached to this series, or these characters, quite like I have, but I can tell you part of it is due directly to great writing! It’s still considered a YA, although no actual sex, there are some slight undertones, so maybe for the older teens. I would recommend this WHOLE series, to everyone I see LOL or blab to on my blog! Get them all! I am now sad again that I have to wait for the next book to come out . . . I shall have to re-read this series a few times LOL! There is no doubt here, that this series gets a BIG 5 Paws from me.” — Happy Tails and Tales Blog
